Metal quality is of crucial importance, and a well equipped alloy conformance laboratory includes a Hilger Analytical Spectrometer.

Components are dimensionally checked using LK Microvector co-ordinate measuring machines and dedicated gauging and test equipment, often located within specific manufacturing cells.

Our production process is geared to quality and the latest casting techniques are employed. With in-house and approved sub-contract facilities for full metallurgical and analytical controls, determination of U.T.S., elongation and hardness, together with full x-ray examination.
